Ordering is easy and secure when using our online shopping cart. You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and all forms of payment through paypal. All amounts are in US dollars.
Orders are normally shipped within 1-4 business days after your order is placed. During peak sales periods or for non-stock items additional time may be required to process your order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.
Orders are shipped via Priority USPS or UPS.
Priority US shipment time is normally 2-3 days.
International Shipping: All international orders are shipped via Priority USPS. Any additional charges caused by duties, taxes, tariffs etc when shipping to a foreign country are the customers responsibility.
If an item is temporarily out of stock and expected to arrive in our warehouse within 5 business days we will process the order immediately after it arrives in our warehouse. If the item will take longer than 5 business days to arrive in our warehouse we will ship the item that are available and place a backorder for you and ship the backorder once we receive it in our warehouse.
If you do encounter a problem with your order, contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receipt. All claims, credits and returns must have prior authorization from the Customer Service department. Returned or refused merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and all merchandise must be returned in original packaging and be of resalable condition. Customer will be responsible for the cost of freight when voluntarily returning merchandise. Notification must be made to email@example.com. All returns require prior authorization.
